It's Beginning to Look a lot like ...

I am SO excited about this Christmas. I mean, like a kid in a candy shop! Cameron is at a very fun age, Alex doesn't believe anymore but didn't let us know until Justin asked him. Justin asked him last weekend, "Alex, do you still believe in Santa?" and his reply "No, one Christmas when Grandma let me sleep on the couch I wasn't asleep when she thought I was and I saw her putting the gifts under the tree." LOL Yep, that was several years ago. He never let on that he didn't believe! Haha. He is so funny.

I am excited about what everyone is getting. I can't wait to see the look on all their faces, and especially the boy's delight in the gifts that are under the tree and the ones that are going to be set out! I have my video camera just waiting! Debbie and I usually get up earlier than everyone else and put makeup on and fix our hair, haha.

We are going to get the last few things that we need to start baking Christmas goodies today, and then we are going to set to baking this afternoon/ evening. I can't wait to have the whole house smelling "like Christmas"! It definitely looks like Christmas, but add that smell to it and oh goodness! I just can't wait!

Our pretty Tree that is slightly leaning but still pretty!
All those gifts keep getting looked over when Alex is here
to see which ones are his.

Our little Snowman Tree
Cameron loves it!

The House
I wasn't able to capture the Garage because Justin's truck was in the way,
but the lights wrap around the eave of the house outlining our garage.
I love it! It's so pretty!

Landon Scott Thomley

Due to the two printer/scanner's in our house that have decided to stop working at the same time, the only way that I can show you Landon's ultrasound picture is by taking a picture of it. So, I apologize that it may be a little blurry but I am so excited to share with you all! Landon is growing and his heart rate seems to keep around the 150 mark, which is great. I am measuring right on track and due to my doctor knowing how to make adjustments (the same as a chiropractor), I feel great! I have no more kinks and I will be adjusted every month until he arrives. It is amazing the difference that I feel.

Also, I was surprised to find out that I had actually LOST 2 pounds yesterday! Which is perfectly fine since I am, yes, overweight as it it. Hey, that's okay though. The one thing that you mother's know, is that we sacrifice our figures for our sweet babies and we will eventually become comfortable in our own skins again. However, I continue to keep exercising as much as I can and I know that it will pay off in the long run.

All that to say, I would like to introduce!

Landon Scott Thomley

I am sure you all can (kind of) see the little turtle in this picture!

His sweet profile!

Toes!!

I love this picture, not sure why but I do!
I love seeing him all curled up in there, knees all tucked!
Makes my heart melt!

Just Another Day in Paradise

.... this morning while dressing Cameron he was a bit fussy but being a big goof at the same time.
I love being able to stay home and watch his little personality develop.
So, by the time we ended getting dressed he looked like this.

Every day, all day long, for the past week he has wanted to wear a hat!
I have to wear a hat too. If I take it off, it's brought right back to me to put on.

All I was doing was fake sneezing trying to get him to laugh, and this is the reaction I got! LOL
Personality is just oozing out of this picture! This is Cameron in his full silly-ness!

His little face it getting so chunky!
I think we're about to go through a growth spurt
the way he is filling out.

Just a goof :)

My sweet boy!!

We have so much fun and I wouldn't rather be anywhere else but here with him!!
Who would want to miss this little bit of silly-ness?? :)

Christmas Crafts

One of my new favorite sites is Pinterest! I have found some great crafts on there.
So, here are a few things that I have created from pinterest. I had fun making these!

It was kind of complicated to make these, but I got it done!
Cameron just loved the paint and water too much!

 Cameron's Christmas Shirt
Can't wait to for him to wear it!
I am so excited for Christmas this year!

A Very Proud Mommy!

Yesterday, my mother-in-law took the day off so that we could do some Christmas shopping. Since we knew it wasn't as croweded as we knew and it would be a mad house on the weekend. Thankfully I was able get Justin completed! We have just a few more things to get for the boy's and then we are done! He is going to lay new tile flooring in Debbie's kitchen for her Christmas. We also have a small gift for her to open.

Let me just begin by saying that it is an hour to go shop anywhere besides Wal-Mart! It hate that part. I was nervous about taking Cameron all that way without wearing a diaper. However, I let him go potty before we left the house and he rode all the way to Springfield without wetting his pants! We stopped to eat breakfast and after we ate he went potty in the restroom. Of course this entailed me taking off his shoes, pants and underwear so that I could sit him backwards to potty. A little bit of a chore, but that's okay. He went!

So, we then were off to our first store! Where he had his frist accident. Yes, he had one. I was bummed but I had gotten so distracted looking at adorable ornaments that I didn't pay attention to his grunts and pulls. My fault! After leaving there we made the trip over to the mall. Where he went the entire time and didn't go potty until our next trip to the bathroom. I was thrilled. Again, I had to completely undress him to let him go but I was so proud I didn't care!

After hours there we went on to our last store, Target. Poor guy was a little restless and I just thought it was because he was tired, but he eventually just sat there in the cart and had an accident. Just so you all know, it didn't go every where and the seat was dry. We then got some pull-ups because I had no more clean undies with me and he was past tired since he had missed his afternoon nap. He still takes a 2-2 1/2 hour nap each day. Poor guy was exhausted from being hauled all over Springfield.

All this to say, two accidents which were my fault, a little boy who has been shopping with his mommy and grand-mommy all day and that's all the accidents for the first big outing since being potty trained?! I AM PROUD! Haha ....

Just had to share our success.

Happy Saturday, Everyone!

Potty Training Update

Cameron is doing so well with potty-training, seeing how he turned 21 months old yesterday! He wears his 'big boy pants' all day with the exception of naps and bedtime. I can say that 50% of the time he wakes up dry and ready to use the potty. I am so grateful since diapers are expensive. We have good days and days where he just doesn't want to go. It can get frustrating because I know-he knows- what to do and when to go. Example, yesterday I think he went pee-pee in the potty once! Today he has come to me every single time he has needed to go! I just wonder what goes through his head sometimes.

Overall, he is doing wonderful! I can't believe it sometimes. It is going to make it so much easier once Landon arrives. I am hoping that by the time he comes, Cameron can go pee-pee by himself. Justin said he is going to build him a stool where he can stand and go potty by himself. I just need to teach him to pull down his pants. We will see how that goes. Of course I will go with him if he needs serious business taken care of. Just trying to simplify life as much as possible.

As I sit here and write this he is dancing to Veggie Tales Movie and being as precious as he can be. I could not ask for a better little one. He is so content and just goes with the flow of everything happening in his little world.

Well, here are a few pictures of our potty training days. He just cracks me up.

He loves wearing hats or antlers on his head :)
This is how he has gone around the house for the past 2 weeks or so.
Now that he comes to me more often to let me know he needs to potty, I put pants on him. Less laundry!

The Bump

Mr. Landon is growing strong, and he is a very active baby. I feel him moving all the time! He is constantly kicking and moving around. I told Justin it seems like I have been feeling movements a lot earlier than with Cameron. It could be that I know just what it feels like this go 'round, but I think I have been feeling him since around week 14 or so. He get's very active around 11:30 at night, so much that it wakes me sometimes! I wonder if that is any indication as to what he is going to be like 'out here'?  If so, I am going to be running! Cameron doesn't walk, he runs. All. The. Time. I wonder why I get so wore out, but then I just sit back and watch him play and he never stops moving! EVER. LOL.

As of Monday I was 22 weeks. On my last doctor's visit I was measuring about 4 days further along than what I really am. Not sure that it makes that much of a difference. Maybe that means he will want to come a little sooner? Anyway, I took some pictures of the bump a couple of days ago. I love the bump pictures but I just feel so huge that I don't like being the one in front of the camera, but for my family's sake (those of you who live out of state), here's a bump picture.
22 weeks

BIG!
