I am not sure Cameron enjoyed it as much as Landon did. :)

A Hobby Lobby Find = ADORABLE New Room!!

I have been searching for idea's on how to decorate the boy's room. I thought I would do vintage airplanes, but a trip to Hobby Lobby and my mind was made up! I cannot wait to have a bigger room, a twin bed and everything complete. Soon. Very soon it will happen, but until then - here is the ADORABLE Car bedroom for Landon & Cameron.

 

The truck is a wooden cut-out.

These are above Cam's bed.

These are Cameron's favorite. Not pictured is the shelf that matches

the little hooks and is the chevron pattern.

The newest addition!

Again, the adorable wooden car above Landon's bed.

Can't wait until we get all settled and they can have more space,

but right now this works just fine. :)

 

Once I have the matching bedding and everything is just-so I will post it.

I love it! I don't think I will ever find anything else that matches my children's personality.

This will hopefully last the next several years :) 

My Little Explorer ...

Sweet Brother's

Beginning to look more and more alike.

Cameron wore this outfit when he was Lan-man's age.

So glad they were born in the same season.

6 months old and pulling himself up on everything!

On the move is so much more exciting!

There is no holding him back now. He learn to pull himself up a few days ago

and now he is trying to let go and stand.

 

Anyone out there??

He thinks he is bigger than he really is! This is how I found him yesterday

after hearing a huge clunk and a yell. He wants to stand up instead of sleep. Sigh.

Sweet Boy is 2 1/2 ...

This wonderful little boy came into my life and changed me. He made me a mother.

He stole my heart forever and I cannot believe he has been in my life for 2 1/2 years already.

 

Cameron,

 

You are one of a kind little boy. You are smart, funny, loving, adventureous, talented, wild, spunky, full of life, and so many more things that fill up my heart! You help make my days complete. You bring so much joy to me. It is an absolute pleasure to be your Mommy. I am so thankful that I am able to stay at home with you every day. I love the way you play by yourself or with Landon. I love the way you love Landon. You are such a helpful happy big brother. I love how you are so excited when Daddy comes home from work. The way you love getting anything new. You are incredibly joyful! You melt my heart when you say "Psst, Momma!" and wink throwing your whole head into the wink - then you laugh throwing your head back knowing that I will laugh along with you!. Those are moments that I will always treasure.

 

You are such a wonderful gift! I never thought I would have boy's and if I did, I never thought I would have one like you. God truly knew what my heart needed! You are unique and wonderful. I love you dearly! I can't imagine life without you sweet boy.

Little Features

He is perfectly made and I am thankful for this beautiful blessing!

1/2 a year, already?!

My beautiful baby boy turned 6 months old on Sunday. I feel like the time has zipped past me while standing completely still. It seems like my family just came to visit, Cameron turned two years old and ten day's later I had Landon! My life has been so richly changed and blessed by my two little blessings. It is a change going from one child to two but we quickly adapted and fell into a new schedule.

I was getting dressed Saturday morning and Landon just sat up!

He is propping himself up and can't sit up for long without

falling over but he's sitting!

Cameron loves getting in our bed with Landon

and watching "T"(aka T.V.).

A Fitness Challenge?

Yep, you read right. A fitness challenge. I have been a little hesitant about posting this, but I know that it will be a great way for me to stay accountable to myself. I have about 20 pounds to go before I reach my post-baby goal weight. I have been stuck at the exact same weight since Landon was born! A bit frustrating! I have tried getting myself on a schedule with working out but I never seem to be able to stick with it. Know why? Because I have an image in my mind of what it has to look like and I never seem to get to it! That perfect time of working out where both kiddo's are asleep, there are no dishes that need to be washed or clothes that need folded. Guess what? It doesn't exists - who knew?

I need to workout, not to loose the weight or to look good, but to simply make myself  feel good. So, I have accepted the challenge! Here is the link to Peak 313 Fitness where I have joined in on the challenge! I can't wait to see what the next few weeks hold.
